What is the return and exchange policy at Bloomingdales?
With Bloomingdales you have 365 days to return almost all of your purchases for either a refund or store credit that you’ll be able to use. The most important condition is that the clothes are not ruined with any serious damage including color changes, holes in shirts, cuts, stains etc. The product must be returned in sellable condition. If you have no receipt you’ll receive store credit because unfortunately returns are not possible without a receipt. Make sure to utilise the shipping return label that came with the original order and simply ship the product back via any UPS drop-off location.
What methods of payment are accepted?
The following options are acceptable payment methods including American Express, Visa, Discover, PayPal, Mastercard, Bloomindales American Express, Bloomingdales Credit Card, Bloomingdales Gift Card or Loyalist Reward Card. Unfortunately Bloomingdales does not accept the following methods including checks, money orders, google checkout, and cash on delivery.
